User Guide — Start using your account without getting Facebook banned
How to start using your account without getting Facebook banned
To increase account stability and reduce the risk of restrictions, please follow the guidelines below.
1. Check details immediately upon delivery
Verify that all provided information is complete and that you can log in normally.
If details are missing or you cannot log in, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery. We are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 22:00 (UTC+7).
2. Use the right setup environment
- Use a separate Browser Profile for each account (e.g. AdsPower or a similar anti-detect browser)
- Use stable IPs and avoid frequent network or location changes
- Do not manage multiple accounts within a single Browser Profile
3. Do not change critical info right away
During the first 24–72 hours, refrain from altering sensitive information, such as:
- Password
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile name or profile picture
- Account security settings
Unless urgent, wait at least 2–3 days before making any of these changes.
4. Warm up accounts gradually
Warming up means gradually ramping up account activity so Meta recognizes natural user behavior. This reduces extra verification checks and builds account stability before full-scale use.
Do not launch high-budget campaigns or perform multiple actions simultaneously right after receiving the account — Meta’s automated systems flag sudden activity spikes.
Recommended guidelines for the first 3 days
Day 1
- Use the account normally, such as browsing Facebook, viewing your feed, or liking pages
- If launching ads, keep the budget low at approximately $5–$10 USD/day
- Use ad creatives and content that comply with Meta's Advertising Policies
Day 2
- If campaigns run smoothly, the budget may be slightly increased up to $20–$30 USD/day
- Avoid editing campaigns multiple times in a single day
Day 3
- If there are no alerts or restrictions, the ad budget may be scaled up to $50 USD/day
- Start connecting necessary assets or features one by one
- Do not aggressively jump budgets or create numerous campaigns at once
Also avoid the following during the initial period:
- Launching multiple ad campaigns simultaneously
- Connecting multiple Business Managers or Facebook Pages all at once
- Adding multiple admins at the same time
- Changing multiple account settings within a short timeframe
5. Keep your setup consistent
Consistently use the same device, Browser Profile, and IP address to build a stable usage pattern and prevent automated system flags.
6. Follow platform policies
Ensure all usage of Facebook Accounts, Business Managers, Pages, and assets complies with Meta’s policies and local laws. Advertising prohibited products or services can lead to restrictions or permanent suspensions.
Important notice
The guidelines above are intended to maximize account and asset stability. However, account reviews and restrictions are governed by Meta’s automated systems and are beyond CasperAcc’s control.
